Event Staff

We are looking for staff members to host, DJ, bartender, model, security, photography, and Dancers are required. Staff will get paid from several revenue streams.

This is gonna be a different event than youre used to with different pay. Main Dancer has no house fee. If you have a friend or partner to dance there is a $30 House Fee.

Artists are coming to perform where you will get tipped and connected to future gig opportunities with artist for perfoemance or video.

Tips collected are thrown into a pot with the profits from the party like the door and the bar, votes, VIP, performers, all profits in the pot.

The pot is split with the event staff as a unit,as This ensures the dancers dont walk away with a weak tipping crowd or make an excess of money off the promotion of the teamwork of the event.

Everyone is on board and working toward the goal of bringing people to the event to profit from food and beverage consessions.

Also if things go smooth we can have an Afterparty and focus on the dancers after the contest and listening party is over.

Fridays and Saturdays have a built in Southbay Afterhours setup for 2am to 5am with $100 Twerk Contest for your final bag with real tipping clientel.

To become a Staff Member at one or several of our events, there is a $20 deposit to pay to ensure you show up on time.
