LEVEL 2 — ASSISTANTS

Best Pay:

$17–$22/hr

OR:free academy membership + event pay


LEVEL 3 — COMMISSION POSITIONS

Use commission for:

  • recruiters

  • street team

  • sponsorship closers

  • affiliate partners

  • birthday party sales


Example:

10–20% commission

This protects cash flow.


LEVEL 4 — EVENT STAFF

For:

  • showcases

  • pop-ups

  • parties

  • Mobile Club events
