*Profitability math (participant count needed)**

* **$50 per artist per format** (affordable, signals professionalism, covers prize pool).

* A chance to win $100 or $300 plus Sponsored prizes.

* Performance exposure (video clips + livestream).

* Networking with other talent.

* Sponsor visibility.

**Liability & Production Requirements:**

* Artists must **sign a performance waiver** releasing the show from liability (injuries, travel, equipment damages, etc.).

* Late arrival policy: “Artists must check in 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrivals forfeit their spot and fee.”

* **Refund policy:** Non-refundable, unless event canceled by organizer.

---

# 💃 Models & Dancers Integration

**Roles for Models/Dancers:**

1. **Stage Ambassadors:** Walk artists on and off stage (similar to boxing/UFC ring girls with round cards).

2. **Sponsor Integration:** Wear branded merch (T-shirts, hats, accessories) provided by sponsors.

3. **Performance Enhancers:** Dancers support final rounds (30-second freestyle accompanied by live movement).

4. **Prize Presenters:** Hand the winner their prize (check, trophy, cash envelope).

---

# 📅 3-Day Episode Event Structure

* **Day 1: Bar for Bar Showdown (Format 1)** → $100 prize.

* **Day 2: Hook Hustle (Format 2)** → $100 prize.

* **Day 3: Rap Survival Finale (Format 3)** → $300 grand prize plus Fanbook.

* **Total Prize Pool = $500**

* **Artist Fee = $50 per entry**

# 📈 Strategic Justification

* $50 fee is low enough for **up-and-coming rappers** but ensures commitment.

* 3 Day model ($100 + $100 + $300) creates **build-up + storyline** → helps sell tickets or livestream subscriptions later.

* Models/dancers give sponsors a **visual branding channel** and keep crowd engagement up.

* With only 10–15 participants, the show works, With 20+, it turns profitable and fundable long-term Success.
