At every Resident Retention Event, we’re not just creating entertainment — we’re building pathways for kids to learn, grow, and get ahead early in life.


The Strikin Back at Strokes Youth Internship & Skills Program is designed for kids ages 12 and up (with parent permission) to gain hands-on experience, learn valuable life skills, and be part of an exciting, positive community.
